The Foster Care service office hours of operation:

9:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F
24 hour on-call emergency services

Target Population: Children who are in need of temporary or permanent out of home placement due to neglect, delinquency or shelter and who require foster care, and shelter respite services.

Service Area: Alcona, Alpena, Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego and Presque Isle Counties
