Child & Family Services of Northeast Michigan

Intensive foster care is a program of temporary foster placement for children who have been identified as needing out-of-home care. Children in the Intensive Foster Care Program may exhibit emotional or behavioral problems. Intensive case management is provided and includes weekly in-person caseworker contact.
